Tested with:
Device: HTC Desire HD (Android 2.3.5)
Build: Firefox for Android 43.0a1 (2015-09-09)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open +8 tabs
2. Scroll up and down in tab tray

Expected results:
- Tab thumbnails are displayed correctly

Actual results:
- A black line is displayed at the bottom and top of the tab tray when scrolling

On newer devices there's no fading edge but on Gingerbread you can see
an ugly, misplaced fading edge effect.

No black line is displayed at the bottom or top of the tab tray when scrolling, so:
Verified as fixed using:
Build: Firefox 44.0a1 (2015-10-27)
Device: HTC Desire HD (Android 2.3.5
