1203243 - make ui-showcase display of Gravatar promo correctly mirror product

As a developer, I see the gravatar promo view in the same cases in the UI showcase as in the product, so I can tell how my changes effect that.

Acceptance criteria:
* at least one view displays the gravatar promo so that it can be debugged in the showcase
* all other views display way they would normally

Technical checklist:
* investigate how the user preference for the gravatar effects behavior
* investigate how the props (the contact list itself?) passed in to the component effect behavior
* consider options for syncing showcase and product behavior
** consider doing something with the store or mock store

** last resort: special CSS for ui-showcase.css
* [...]
* after all are synced, if there's no gravatar promo anywhere in the showecase, add a view for that.

We are currently reworking the Loop "user journey" (bug 1209713) and as part of this direct calls and contacts are being removed. Therefore closing contact related bugs as wontfix.
