Have a way to dismiss error in panel on importing contact failure. Acceptance criteria: * need to be able dismiss error notification in panel Technical checklist: * use onclick and/or X button to hide notification.

Chris, where does this requirement come from? I see nothing in the UX mock-ups, and we didn't have a dismiss option previously.
The way to "dismiss" it is to close the panel and re-open it.
I'm not convinced this is a P2... it at least needs passing through UX.

No need for UX to weigh in, we decided that there's no regression and it works as we expect.
