[Description]
With passcode lock is turned on, sometimes the camera app shows black screen when launched from lock screen, although it still takes pictures/videos. I can reproduce the issue by launching the camera app from homescreen, before locking it again.

[Note]
There doesn't seem to be an issue when passcode is off.

[Repro Steps]
0. Passcode lock is on
1. Unlock the device
2. Launch the camera app from homescreen
3. Lock the device
4. Launch the camera app from lockscreen
5. Exit the camera app to lockscreen
6. Launch again from lockscreen

[Actual]
Camera is functional but shows black screen.

[Expected]
Camera is functional.
