Remove 'get new themes' link to themes.org in prefs->themes

themes.org, aside from being constantly down, and now only listing two themes
(one of which actually works, but only if you go to the guys page and install it
from there instead), is not, and should not be, endorsed by Mozilla.org.
This doesn't affect Netscape-branded builds as they use a netscape.com
repository anyway (equally broken last I checked, but not our problem :P).

We can change the link to "sfesfefsefse" if you'd like, but we can't remove it.
The code is in the Mozilla tree, only the link url is forked. This system makes
it easier for a distributor to provide an url if they'd like.

Duping to 120985 which wants to change the URL to xulplanet.com.

Then there's your bug. What about a hidden=true type fork? Certainly Netscape
has a better system then this in place, where they can add a button to a pref
dialog.

I said *we* (in Mozillaland) shouldn't remove it. Distributors can certainly
edit the xul (or even just the css) to remove it. If you're complaining about
there not being a way to completely remove it by just touching DTD files, well,
as far as I know distributors can't remove any button by just tweaking DTDs. So
I don't see that as a bug. (Although, in this case, setting the url to "" may
very well make the <a> disappear.)

Why on earth would Mozilla not want this. First of all, Mozilla is for
distributors, not end users, so it should have all the features there ready to
be changed or removed by distributors, not the other way around. Secondly, at
least one Mozilla user (i.e. me) wants this feature. Third, it is causing no harm.
This is _so_ blatently a WONTFIX. Marking as such.

Mozilla should use my skin site, rather then XULPlanets. Favoritism!

It's not favouritism: your site sucks. it only has two themes. XUL planet has
at least 5.
