0. Open about:addons (Ctrl+Shift+A), disable Flash Plugin ("Never Activate")
1. Open https://vk.com/video211054116_167519691
2. Click fullscreen button in the video player (no need to play the video)
Result: Looks like video is placed *under* the rest of content, and isn't clickable
Expectations: Video should be above all other content and respond to click events
