1203904 - Info panels become incorrectly sized if page is refreshed when targeting controlCenter

Found a new info panel bug

STR:

1.) Set up the Tracking Protection tour demo as per the instructions here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1190447#c2
2.) When you launch the tour, proceed to step 3 where we attach an info panel pointing to the Control Center.
3.) When the info panel has shown, refresh the page.

Expected results:

When the tour starts again, info panels should remain the same size.

Actual results:

When the tour starts again, info panels are displayed thinner, and taller (see attachment). They remain this was until the next time I restart Firefox.

I think this is happening because when the page refreshes, the control center is closing before we have a chance to call hideInfo.

Removing these bugs as blockers for the release of the Tracking Protection UITour for the Fall.

Any UITour position-related bugs should be tied to bug 1207419.
