STR:
In Homescreen pull down the overlay by swiping from top to bottom. Then, enable view source 

Expected:
It either closes the overlay and shows view source, or shows the view source on the foreground

Actual:
It shows the view source window behind the overlay menu

I'm unable to repro this, at least by my understanding of the STR. Could you provide more details and/or take a video?

I would be pretty surprised if any real user ever ran into this. I'm not sure how to fix it and it would require some investigation as I don't know Systems FE very well. So I think the way to go here is to wait until we get a duplicate report, or a +1 vote/comment before fixing this.
