Description:
If the user selects the "..." option to bring up the additional options and then enters landscape mode the user is able to get stuck by scrolling down to the bottom of the page. If the user is not yet stuck it is possible to keep scrolling up and then back down. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150911153729
2) Launch Browser > Youtube > Any video
3) Select "..." located in the top right for additional options.
4) Put device into Landscape.
5) Scroll down to the bottom of the page. 
6) Continue scrolling up and down to the bottom of page in order to get stuck.

Actual:
User is able to scroll to the bottom of the page, it is also able to get stuck on this screen until force closing or locking and unlocking. 

Expected:
It is expected that the user will not be able to scroll down to the bottom of the youtube page while this menu is appearing.

This issue also occur on the Flame 2.5, 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0
Result: User is able to scroll past the popup window. Scrolling down to the bottom of the page can get the user stuck there as well.
