Is this a dup of bug 36016?

No other shortcuts works when browser window is closed
i'm thinking it might be a dup --but, before i mark it i should point out that when i encounter bug 36016 on Mac OS X, os-oriented shortcuts like cmd+H and cmd+Q do still work when there's no window. however, i don't remember if this is also the case for mac os 9.x. kathy/pink?
Investigated a bit further... If I use the mouse I can implement some of the commands, for instance: "open a new window in navigator" & "open web location". But "open file.." doesn´t work. More, some of the things that are highlighted in the menu when the browser window is closed shouldn´t be highlighted like, for instance, "page info" Hope this will help Stefan
stefan: yeah, those are known issues. :) bug 75660 - commands that shouldn't be enabled bug 83313 - open file not working etc...
se, this would not be the case on os9. the reason it works on osx is that the os provides the application menu. it is not dynamically generated like all of our other menus.
