1204530 - The cursor position on "To:" is incorrect after pressing "enter", enter text, and delete text

I reproduce this on my foxfooding device (build 20150812225219).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compose a new message, and focus on the "To:" field.
2. Press "enter" on the keyboard.
3. Type "abc".
4. Delete "abc" by pressing "backspace" on the keyboard.

Actual result:
The cursor on the "To:" field shifts to the right as if it's in a RTL input box.

Expected result:
The cursor on the "To:" field remains at the beginning position.

This issue reproduces on Aries and all branches on Flame. Following STR, cursor moves to rightmost position and if user types at this position it becomes RTL format.
