Need a different treatment to allow user to 'always block' but not 'always allow' for specific permissions like Camera and Microphone when asked over http.

Yeah, that works. I like how it doesn't mess with the general layout for the most common cases.
I don't think we're using language like »Firefox does not recommend« in other places, but Matej might know more there.

We have a seperate ticket for Matej to review all control center 2 work. He's on PTO until the end of December but will review this state as part of that so I'll clear his flag.
