Details
Go to attach a file to this bug using bugzilla. In the box for file name, type a
path which doesn't exist.
Actual results:
Hangs until you press the stop button
Expected results:
Previously, this would upload an empty file, and bugzilla would then give you an
error message. Ideally, you'd get an error dialog, of course.

win98 2002011604 moz tries to attach an empty file and bugzilla errs about it.

0.9.7, and CVS from just after the freeze last night.
Attaching an empty file works, attaching one which odesn't exist doesn't (just
type garbage into the file name field)
the hang in 0.9.7 is dup of bug 116210

Bleh. That'll teach me to file bugs too early in the morning.
Since I can't reproduce this on my CVS build any more, marking dupe.
