I've been all over this for some time now, and I've been in talks with b3d. Thank you for logging an evangelism bug on me in Bugzilla, as it formalizes the efforts in bugscape. For those inside the NSCP firewall, look at: http://bugscape.netscape.com/show_bug.cgi?id=7076 which details some of the efforts made on this front.
