Logging into the (California) Bank of America site is not
supported by Password Manager or Form Manager for some reason
(neither popup occurs to ask me if I want to save the values I typed in).
Maybe this is a pure evangelism issue -- BUT... in that case Mozilla docs
should at least state why certain pages which act like forms
are not recognized as such.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable Password and Form manager (if necessary)
2.Visit https://onlineid.bankofamerica.com/cgi-bin/sso.login.controller?state=CA
3.Enter something in the fields (can be garbage)
4. Click Sign In or just press RETURN
Actual Results: The web site responds; neither PW or Form manager
offers to remember the values typed in.
Expected Results: PW manager should offer to save the values typed in.

That's because BofA probably opted out of using password manager.
