After visiting 'about:blank' in the browser, the url bar can't be tapped upon

Details

Steps to reproduce:
- Tap on the Rocketbar
- Type 'about:blank' and press enter
- A browser opens with a blank page
- Tap on the url bar

Expected result:
- The url bar can be focus, you can type some url or search term in there

Actual result:
- Not able to focus the url bar, no response

Note, this happens also with data urls.
