120531 - CVS remove dead refs to bm-find.xul from tree and the shipping product

I was looking at how silly it seemed to overlay mailNavigatorOverlay.xul onto 
bm-find.xul, when I realized that there is no bm-find.xul in the tree. 

Hmmm, but there sure a lot of dead references to it, including to DTD files,
and the overlayinfo noted above.
