When modifying an existing app a developer can set device compatibility on /developers/app/%APPSLUG%/payments/. We need to modify this page to support Firefox OS Televisions. UX Input is needed on what this looks like.

This is not something that will be needed for the initial deliverable, which is just the UI + API interaction.
