Open "about:home" Actual results: There is no padding between identity-icons and identity-icon-labels in RTL locales. But Firefox 40.0.3 and 41.0b9, in LTR locales is fine. Please refer to attached image. Expected results: Should have padding between identity-icons and identity-icon-labels in RTL locales.
