0. subtly alter layout of about:addons' list of add-ons

ER:
doesn't affect browser_dragdrop.js

AR:
test hits a link and crashes because remote network access.


Ideally the drag should be started elsewhere and we should simulate *just* the drop.

If that's hard, at least we should control the coordinates at which the drop happens.
