(Broken out from bug 1189500 comment 2) Happy for this to be wontfixed if it's deemed that the request blocking feature is well-known enough already. At the end of the "Overdue Requests" emails generated by the request nagging extension, we could add something like: "Overwhelmed with requests? Temporarily block new requests here: <url>"
