Details
STR:
1) open print preview for a tab
2) right-click in various locations
two issues:
1) the context menu is positioned away from the mouse
2) non-e10s print preview doesn't display a context menu
tested on windows.

Tested on Windows 7 x64 with the Aurora 46.0a2 build. I can reproduce the problem.
