People subscribe the two release notification lists if they work on releases or are interested, but whenever we respond with explanations for failures you have two issues. 'Reply all' includes the sender (release@.m.c), you disturb people who aren't necessarily interested, while Reply doesn't include the list. Staging makes this kinda fun, you might have multiple addresses in releaseConfig['AllRecipients'], so you can't just set From: to use that. Setting the Reply-to header to be the list keeps the the audience right.
