Even if translated in the repos, the messages sent to locale leaders have English subject. Reported here https://support.mozilla.org/forums/l10n-forum/711538.

Great to hear this has been resolved, but for some reason I'm not receiving Reviews Pending emails for about a month or two. Is that another bug?
Yes, that is a different issue. Please file another bug.
Michal, we don't close bugs in Sumo until they have deployed to the site, which hasn't happened for this change yet. We'll close this bug when that deploy happens.
