Details

It would be nice if there was a way to mark specific 'See Also' tickets as blocking. For example, I may not be able to resolve a local ticket until an external Jira ticket got closed. Granted, tracking if an external ticket got closed may have to be done manually, perhaps by just unmarking said ticket.
