Reproduced across platform with:
* 42.0 beta 1
* latest 43.0a2 Aurora
* latest 44.0a1 Nightly

STR:
1. Open Firefox using a clean profile.
2. Navigate to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/?sort=hotness
3. Click on the site identity panel and observe the "Permissions" dropdown.

Result:
The text (Allow/Block) is offset.
There's too much space on it's right side and too little on it's left. It should be centered like in other dropdowns.

We'll triage this one tomorrow. Two considerations on how we prioritize:

* We're going to completely rework this permissions block in a later release (get rid of dropdowns in favor of "X") so this is temporary UI

* Also, permissions block right now ONLY shows for users who have selected a non-default permission for a given site, so this isn't on for most users.
