1207549 - Sound Indicator not hidden when streaming is stopped from the "Stop" button

Reproduced across platform with:
* 42.0 beta 1
* latest 43.0a2 Aurora
* latest 44.0a1 Nightly

STR:
First of all, make sure you have at least a microphone (camera is not mandatory)
1. Open Firefox and go to http://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
2. Click on Audio and accept the device sharing.
3. Click on the stop button.

Expected Results:
After step 2, The sound indicator is displayed in the tab.
When the user stops the conversation, the sound indicator is removed from the tab.

Actual Results:
The sound indicator continues to be visible.

Notes:
*This does not happen if the sharing is stopped from the Device sharing pop`up.
*This also reproduces for Audio & Video calls.
