We have to submit our results to treeherder. As of now we announce when a build gets started and when it is completed. For that we have to know the revision and the locale of the build ahead of time. Therefore we need two more command line arguments for the scripts.

Also for update tests we need the update-number (specific funsize partial).

Similar to bug 1207581 which is about the S3 upload, the code for uploading test results to treeherder should IMO not be part of mozharness. Instead it will be a configuration setting for TC later. For Jenkins we will have to find a solid place which also let us send results in case of harness bustage or when jobs are getting aborted.
