Context menu doesn't update if it's opened while I change default search engine

1. Open this "data:" url in a new tab or just click URL in the field above

2. DoubleClick the word "Text" on that page
3. Right-click selected text
[context menu with «search <current default search engine> for "Text"» menuitem will open]
4. Move mouse over the searchbar's dropmarker and press Ctrl+ScrollMouseWheelUp
(make sure that after Step 4 the default engine was changed)
Result: The menuitem from Step 3 displays wrong search engine
Expectations: The menuitem should always display current default search engine, because
if I click it, it always open a page with current default search engine finds

We no longer support ctrl + mousewheel on the search bar at the same time as the context menu is open, which I think is the right option. In any case, I don't think I see the case for making this work, if anything we'd do something like bug 1136131 which would allow a choice of search providers.
