1207791 - [Flame][Gallery] When watching a video in landscape mode of the Gallery app if you leave and come back the video will be in portrait mode for a second or two then will rotate to landscape

If you're watching a video in landscape mode, hit the home button and then select the Gallery app again the video will start off in portrait mode for a second or two before switching to landscape mode. 

* The problem can be seen in this video: https://youtu.be/hs6oDB07oiA
* A second video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkSVzylOxbo was taken while the phone was held in the air instead of being laid down flat on the table.

This is similar to Bug 941232 with the major difference being that the video is not paused when you come back to the gallery application. This is probably due to Bug 1207788.
