When composing mail, it's still necessary the use of mouse (or of the "File"
menu) to send message.
By the way, Ctrl Return perhaps should be Ctrl Enter

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mail
2.Ctrl+M
3.write some text
4.Ctrl+Enter
it still doesn't work because bug 50255 is still unfixed
