Happens in 38.0.3 and 41.0.
Seems like it has some problems with colour placement.
Renders fine with ffmpeg-based and gstreamer 1.0-based players.

The problem also occurs in Nightly. Looks fine in Chrome (47), fwiw.

Bug 1195152 fixes only 4:4:4 theora videos. This bug is duplicate of bug 1190939 which is not yet fixed.
