The CSS for the Thunderbird start page uses -moz-margin/padding-start/end for RTL support. Those properties have been unprefixed with Firefox 41, and the standard properties are not just without -moz-. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Releases/41#CSS Will update the CSS shortly.
