Every time I add an attachment to a mail msg, the file locator starts in the
Mozilla directory; if I am attaching several files, it should remember the dir
of the last one.

I should also be able to attach several files from the same dir simultaneously;
using the Shift and Ctrl keys did not enable this.

It would also be nice to be able to configure a default dir for attachments.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click the Compose mail button
2. click the Attachment button
3. navigate outside the Mozilla folder and select a file
4. click the Attachment button again

Actual Results:  file locator starts in Mozilla folder

Expected Results:  file locator should have started in dir of the last
attachment added to the message
