1208212 - The hit detection box for import all is seems to be too big in contacts

If the user shares a contact through messages and then views the .vcf, they are taken to an import screen. The user will notice that tapping underneath the "Import all" icon will activate it. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150924111215
2) Tap on the contacts app. 
3) Tap on a contact to view it and then tap the share icon.
4) Tap on "Messages". 
5) Tap on the .vcf file shown in the messages box and then tap "view".
6) Tap underneath the "Import all" button and observe. 

Actual:
The hit detection box for "Import all" seems to be too large. Tapping underneath the button will activate it. 

Expected:
The "Import all" button is only activated when the user taps on it.

This issue also occurs on Flame 2.5

The hit detection box for "Import all" seems to be too large. It will activate when tapping underneath it.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: This issue is important enough to be put in the backlog. My current guess is that the hitbox has changed in gecko. Francisco, is this button particular enough to be an edge case of the hitbox?

We used to make the hitbox bigger than buttons, that's a old trick we did when we were working on the really small screens.

But definitely that area is way too big and allows you to be clicked more than once.

Not a blocker but something to try to fix when we have time.
