After canceling the email composition window, an empty grey box blocked any access to that window, including other tabs. Menu bar also gone. I could cmd-` switch to other windows, and restarted firefox from there. See picture.
Sequence of events:
- context menu -> "Share This Page"
- choose previously added "gmail" connection
- draft email composition window opens
- selected message text, cut (I wanted to send from a different account)
- clicked the trash can in composition page to delete the draft
- confirmation dialog appeared asking if I want to save changes to draft, I clicked "no"
- confirmation dialog disappeared, but window now as in screenshot:
- no menu options for FF
- system window controls (upper left dots) all inactive
- no "hidden button" that responded to "enter" or "cmd enter" to dismiss
- no context menu available
- other windows appeared to still operate properly.
