Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new profile
2. Go to http://www.androidcentral.com/ac-editors-apps-week#slide2
3. In the main paragraph, select any word, and then drag the selected text.


Actual results:

The "dragging preview" of the selected word is created quite a large distance away from the elected word.


Expected results:

the preview should be created very close to the selection, as happens normally.

The preview os created far to the right, almoat at the edge of the page. To bring the preview to the selection, I have to move the mouse far to the left.

repro with APZC enabled/disabled

Happens to me as well. Latest nightly x86.

There are css transitions & transforms that may be causing this.
