120940 - Page in frame falls apart when form button clicked

Testcase:

A page is rendered perfectly in a frame. The page contains only a form and a
button, such as used in navigation frames.

When the user clicks on the button, the following happens:

The button is still shown but in a different location. Most of the page body
background becomes white instead of the original background color.

This bug appears to be a variation of bug 114827 but I wouldn't want to assume
it is a duplicate because the symptoms are quite different.

The middle frame is tiny for some reason (the little thing at the top of the
middle pane that's black is the _entire_ middle frame).

Happens on Linux too...
