Affected builds: - latest Nightly 44.0a1 - Firefox 42 beta 2 Affected OS`s - Windows 10 32-bit - Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit - Mac OS X 10.10.5 STR: 1. Start Firefox with new Profile A 2. Sign up/Login to FxA 3. Visit https://www.linkedin.com/ 4. Click remember credentials 5. Click Sync now. 6. Start Firefox with Profile B 7. Visit https://www.linkedin.com/ Expected results: The credentials are auto populated in sign in and password fields and sign in button is active. Actual results: Sign in buttons is inactive although the credentials are correctly written. Notes: 1. Deleting password and reenter it will activate the button though. 2. Don`t know if this is a regression, will need to check asap.

Matt, can you think of any reason that passwords obtained via Sync aren't working correctly with the password manager?

This is a problem with how the Firefox Password Manager interacts with certain sites and not related to Sync. You can reproduce with: STR: 1. Start Firefox with new Profile 2. Visit https://www.linkedin.com/ and log in. 3. Click remember credentials 4. Log out of Linked In. 5. Visit https://www.linkedin.com/ The problem is that the site isn't detecting when a valid password has been filled, so it's not enabling the button. Perhaps

I can't reproduce this bug on the new linkedin.com. Could QA take a look?
