Steps to reproduce:

As in the SUMO article: 

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

1) Open the Options/Preferences
2) Select the Privacy panel
3) In the History section, set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
4) Select the check box for Clear history when Firefox closes.
5) Beside Clear history when Firefox closes, click the Settings… button.


Actual results:

Now look at the Settings for Clearing History window: the first option is always surrounded by a dotted line even if you click on other checkboxes (see screenshot).


Expected results:

The option Browsing & Download History should not be surrounded by that dotted line when another checkbox is selected

I can confirm this issue on Windows 7 64bit using latest Nightly 44.0a1 (buildID: 20151001030236).
