Device: Sony Xperia Z2 (Android 5.0.2)
Nightly 44.0a1()
Aurora 43.0a2
Steps to reproduce:
1. User has browsing history data made (e.g. today is 1st of January)
2. User advances device's date with more than 8 months (to 1st of October )
3. User checks History - Older than 6 months section
Expected result:
All the history made in the 1st of January is displayed
Actual result:
The history made in the 1st of January is not displayed.
Please note that "Older than 6 months" section displays only the history made in the 7th recursive month (in the above mentioned case - March) and not a total of visited sites before that (In the mentioned case: Jan+Feb+Mar)

Verified as fixed on latest Nightly(44.0a1 09/01/2015) on Sony Xperia Z2 (Android 5.0.2)
Hi Liz,
Is this fix scheduled to be uplifted to Beta?
On latest Nightly(45.0a1) and Aurora(44.0a1) this issue is fixed.
Thanks

This missed the 43 build, as I wasn't tracking it and no one requested uplift. Is this a regression and if so was it recent?

Hi Liz,
This is not a regression, the feature was uplifted to Beta with the present issue when Aurora 43 merged to Beta 43.
In my opinion this issue may impact end users since long term history - older than 6 months - will not be displayed when this beta goes as Release candidate.

margaret, I'm not considering this a release blocker. What are your thoughts on this issue? How serious is this for users? Is it intentional? Thanks.

I don't think this is a release blocker. Sadly, I think this just fell through the cracks.
We could take this as a ride-along if we have a dot release, but otherwise I think it's fine to wait until 44.
