Hi reporter, unfortunately this report is not very useful because it does not describe the problem well. If you have time and can still reproduce the problem, please read https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines and add a more useful description to this report.

I guess https://www.fxsitecompat.com/en-US/docs/2015/urlutils-hash-no-longer-decodes-fragment/ This issue needs to be fixed by the problematic site. Please contact the Pentaho customer support with this URL.

I guess this is the company behind this product: http://www.pentaho.com/ Based in Orlando - maybe we should knock on their door when we have the big Mozilla meetup there in December? :)
+1 Mozilla was also using Pentaho. So I guess we have a contact in the company. http://www.pentaho.com/customers/20/mozilla
Hm.. maybe Brad knows someone who could test this in-house, or at least knows who to ask? I don't know exactly what this software is used for - some data mining or something?

My Apache (Pentaho) doesn't work if the solution path has some folders, for example: does'n works: TOTAL/Controladoria/Relatorios/dre-farol_din.prpt Resource not found: [Total/%252FControladoria%252FRelatorios/dre-farol_din.prpt] works TOTAL\dre-farol_din.prpt

I'm using Release: 4.1.0 stable of the Pentaho
The pentaho is installed on linux, but I'm using the Mozilla on Windows7.
Blocks: 1093611
Metrics used to use pentaho, I think they moved off it though.

Hi Eudes, has this been fixed or do we need to contact them?

This is still an issue when using Firefox some versions of Pentaho (or any systems using versions of GWT older than 2.7.0 according to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/google-web-toolkit/3-qX9x7nfJM/7zeBR2daBAAJ ). As I don't see it mentioned in the comments, I believe the work around for this issue is to change the advance setting dom.url.getters_decode_hash from the default of false to true.
Adam, perhaps you can try to find a contact here? Not sure if they have fixed it in some update and we're talking about older versions being deployed, or this is yet to be fixed at source - but we can reach out and ask them..

Found Matt Casters - Chief architect of Data Integration at Pentaho. He seems to be pretty active on Twitter, let's try there. https://twitter.com/AdamOpenWeb/status/741195220327530496

Eudes, would you be able to check if they fixed the issue? Thanks.
