I'm noticing some lag on transform animations in Nightly and Release. Steps to reproduce:

1. Open up animation with transforms: http://codepen.io/helenvholmes/pen/HIixy
2. Note animations on clouds
3. Open up same animation in Chrome: http://codepen.io/helenvholmes/pen/HIixy

In Chrome, it's pretty smooth, which was the intent.
Severity: normal → S3
