Details

We need a Release-channel Telemetry dashboard fed with base set "main" pings (i.e. opt-out subsession pings).

This will require aggregator changes, dash changes, and docs changes. We will also need to review the 100+ existing opt-out probes to verify that it's safe to aggregate their subsession data.
