Please try again with a new profile because this is expected if the permissions were previously blocked. (as required in step 13.6 from testday's case https://goo.gl/yhC6f5) [1] http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles So the Permissions area is dismissed if it's set to Block. This will be changed in future releases.
