Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a Private Window
2.Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/?sort=hotness
3.Press the doorhanger



Actual results:

Permission to install addons is found missing .


Expected results:

A permission to install addons section should be present .

Please try again with a new profile because this is expected if the permissions were previously blocked. (as required in step 13.6 from testday's case https://goo.gl/yhC6f5)

So the Permissions area is dismissed if it's set to Block. This will be changed in future releases.

I created a new profile and executed the test cases . Yes ...It works Fine .
