Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a Private Window
2.Go to http://cnn.com or any other page
3.Press the doorhanger
4Use Tab and Space/Enter keys to navigate between panels





Actual results:

Navigation via keyboard was not  possible


Expected results:

Navigation via keyboard is possible

What is the doorhanger referred to in step 3? Could you take a screenshot that shows what you're referring to?

This appears to be a problem with other panels that I've tried too, like the geolocation permission request.

First, please make sure that Mac OS X settings are modified in order to enable keyboard navigation:
Go to System Preferences and select Keyboard: On Keyboard window, go to second tab, Keyboard Shortcuts and select "All controls" in "Full Keyboard Access" section.

Try navigating control center panel again after setting this. Let us know the results. Thank you!
