Camellia is a perfectly fine and secure cipher.
That was a dumb mistake. You're basically restricting yourself to AES only as a result of that proposal. Camellia should not have been removed, it is a secure cipher with no known weaknesses, unlike the other items that were removed.
Filed bug 1211248 for reinstatement of Camellia.
It does not justify the usage of RC4 anyway.
The site owner intentionally refuses AES.
