121125 - Pref should have 'Cascading Style Sheets' in the groupbox label

Edit > Prefs > Composer

It seems weird to use the acronym 'CSS' twice before we explain what it stands
for.  We should take '(Cascading Style Sheets)' out of the pref text, and put it
in the label. This will also help those who quickly scan labels to understand
the pref better.
