Removed BTv1 related code. Treeherder green and works fine on device.

Teri, could you help find people to test bluetooth paring methods before merge?

currently all code on master should run with APIv2 already, the API effect the pairing related schemes:

1. do device paring from settings app
2. do paring on homescreen (or any page)
3. do paring when lockscreen locked

I have good  confidence on it, so lets test it on master directly
