The crash is in a Shockwave Flash plugin, as shown by the following line near the top of the crash page:
Process Type plugin Shockwave Flash Version: 19.0.0.185 Filename: NPSWF32_19_0_0_185.dll
Some versions of Flash are known to be crash-prone but I don't know the details. Also I'm not sure which Windows version is meant by "Windows NT 6.1", developers: please correct me if I guessed wrong.

OS: Unspecified → Windows 8.1
Product: SeaMonkey → Core
Hardware: Unspecified → x86

Rainer: Thanks. I notice the reporter's UA doesn't include WOW64 so I assume it's a 64-bit build. And a 64-bit plugin? is there a 64-bit NPAPI Flash plugin available to Windows users?
OS: Windows 8.1 → Windows 7
Hardware: x86 → x86_64

Interesting observation, but my 64 bit builds always included a "x64; " string.

@reporter:
Copy / Paste error or is there something interesting with your SM version?

Effectively I am under Windows 7 Pro SP1. And I got this only onetime since my upgrade from SM 1.32 to 2.38.

Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
